How do you make your house burglar proof when you go on a holiday? What precautions do you take?

Have your mail stopped by going to the post office.
Purchase a couple timers for your light inside a few rooms where the curtains are closed.
Leave the radio on so theres noise inside your home
Ask someone you can trust to check on your house occasionally.

You have got to make your neighbors your friends. That is a huge step. Have them come and turn your lights on and off. Make sure it’s someone you trust who does not have any criminal relatives that know you’re away. Let them watch the house to report any activity.
