Our daughter is a teacher and she comments on how many classes can be just crowd control. Luckily it is only a very small number of kids who upset the running of the class but the parents don't believe that their 'angel' can possibly be doing wrong. Show them the tape then get the parents to sort out their unruly kids. It can also be a safeguard for the kids as if a teacher or another pupil miss treats them then the culprit can be seen on tape with no arguments. It's not helping him to blame all these others and to believe everything he tells you. Firstly, he'll never learn the social skills needed to get on in the adult world. Secondly, it seems he's already learnt that he can control you and get you to believe anything he says. Good parenting doesn't mean defending him when he's in the wrong.
